  • Who is The Champagne Machine company?
    The Champagne Machine company is a small business located in Atlanta, Georgia created to fuse luxury with individual expression and branding at an accessible price point. We believe each machine to be an expression of the person or company buying it and as such we put a great deal of time into making sure you have a customized machine that meets an elevated standard.
  • How long does the process usually take from ordering until delivery?
    Order time often depends upon how quickly you confirm your personalized machine design. You will work with a professional designer who will walk you through the steps necessary to complete and approve your design and once the design is approved by you, production and delivery can happen in as little as 60 days.
  • Is it possible to put a rush on my order?
    Yes, rush orders are possible at an additional cost between $1,800-2,200, depending upon current production timelines.
  • What inspections are done on my machine prior to it being offered for sale?
    Each machine is tested (and if deficiencies are noted corrected) to ensure the following major components are in good working order: Main control board test, Cup control board test, Compressor test, Fan test, Temperature sensor test, Sensors test, Relays test, Lights test, Cup test, Plunger motor test, Mag test, Optic test and Calibration test.
  • Is there a service plan available with my machine?
    We do not offer a service plan but we do connect you with a service provider who will be present when your machine is delivered and will calibrate it and make sure it is operable at your location. You may choose to use that particular service provider for any future needs or select another. We do offer a $1,000 service credit with each purchase that you will receive upon delivery and can be used at the service provider of your choice.
  • Do you offer any discounts or a payment plan?
    We do offer discounts for multiple machine purchases but not for a single machine purchase. We do not charge a credit card fee so for many purchasers that is their best opportunity to spread out payments at either no or low interest rates depending upon the card they choose.
  • What if my machine is damaged when it is unpacked at my location?
    Each machine is fully insured and shipped with utilizing White Glove service. If the machine has been damaged it will be completely fixed or replaced in the event that a fully seamless fix is not possible.
